This barn conversion, Hadleigh Farm Barn, is perched on a rural arable farm close to the village of Ashwicken in Norfolk.

Whatever the weather, this magnificent barn is perfect for gatherings of friends and family who want to take advantage of this great area of Norfolk.

A huge dining area and an amazing farmhouse kitchen with plenty of original character are accessible from the entrance hall through double doors in the cottage, which provides great accommodations.

Additionally, there is a living area with inviting furniture arranged around a lovely wood-burning stove where you may unwind on chilly nights.

A double bedroom with an en-suite wet room and a utility room are also located on the ground floor, which is excellent for drying your outdoor gear after a day of hiking.

Each bedroom upstairs has a lot of space and storage.

A family bathroom is shared by three additional pleasant bedrooms in addition to the master bedroom's private shower area.

There is an enclosed shingle garden area outside that is great for kids and pets, as well as a terrace where you can have a meal outside in the summer or a morning coffee while organising your day.

At the farm's entrance, there is a sizable open grassy space that can be used for ball games and dog walks.

If you don't want to drive, you can take a leisurely stroll to a number of shops and eateries, and the Victorian coastal town of Hunstanton, which is only a few miles away, has a fantastic assortment of stores, pubs, and restaurants.

The Queen's Estate in Sandringham is a must-see, and Norfolk's lavender fields are just a short drive away.

In King's Lynn, the company's headquarters, you may observe pieces being made before exploring the factory shop.

The cottage is a great starting point from which to explore this amazing region of the country because it is close to chances for seal and bird viewing, golf, coastal walks, and sailing activities.

About the location

KING'S LYNN

Sandringham 9 miles; Snettisham 13.4 miles; Hunstanton 17 miles.

King's Lynn is a historic, medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. A treasure trove for history lovers, the town boasts grand merchant houses, art galleries and museums, and the Custom House, built by Henry Bell in 1683, which is a Grade I listed building. The town retains its original winding streets and alleys, and boasts good shopping facilities, with a combination of national retailers and specialist shops, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants. Much of the surrounding Norfolk countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the West Norfolk coastline within easy driving distance. Hunstanton, in particular, is renowned for its sunsets and lovely beaches. Boat trips are available from several points along the coast, while the Norfolk Coast Cycleway runs from King's Lynn to Cromer. The impressive Visitor Centre at The Queen's fabulous country retreat, Sandringham, is also a short drive away and well worth a visit.
