    “The description states that the electricity is a top up charge, implying there will be some in the meter to start with but that was not the case as we arrived in semi darkness to a cold chalet, a warm fridge and freezer and no hot water.”

    If I have to pay a top up then there shoud be some in the meter to start with. If I over use that amount then I have to top up. This was NOT a top up it was a full charge. We were very disappointed by this. Otherwise it would have been fine. The chalet was clean and the shower great. It was obviously popular with families and seemed quite well positioned.
