    “Please check listing because it mentioned a washing machine which property did not have.”

    Very nice chalet, just a couple of little things that would improve experience . First was lack of electric sockets, only one plug in each room was not enough. Second, it would have been helpful to have an outside light as it got quite dark at night. Third, it would have been useful to have some coat hangers in entrance for wet coats and hangers in bathroom to keep clothes off the floor and to dry wet towels. Having said the above the chalet was nice, very clean, beds were comfortable and it ...

Nice touches like leaving tea bags, sugar and milk, which after a long journey was very thoughtful.

North Walsham 5 miles; Cromer 8 miles; Sheringham 14 miles; Norwich 20 miles.

The attractive, Norfolk coastal village of Mundesley offers pubs, convenience stores and an excellent coffee shop and bar, The Porthole, which is a café during the day and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings it turns into a bar which offers a selection of cocktails. Elsewhere there is a popular golf course, a large park with play areas, a wonderful sandy beach with brightly coloured beach huts, and quaint cottages, many of which are built in local flint stone. The popular seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, which is known as a stop for steam trains travelling on the Poppy Line Heritage Railway, are both close by. There are many other places of interest in the area, including the National Trust owned Sheringham Park, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, and East Ruston Gardens and Hoverton Hall are a must for gardeners. The Norfolk Broads are also within easy driving distance, where children can enjoy tree-house adventures at ‘Bewilderwood’, or alternatively hire a cruiser and spend the day exploring the waterways.
