    “Birch House is ideally located near the seafront,shops and amenities.”

    The house itself is impressive, the large dining room in particular was great for our extended family. The beds were not the most comfortable we have ever slept in but ok. One or two minor problems were dealt with really speedily. We loved our week here!

Birch House is a large, well-presented, mid-terrace Victorian townhouse, located over four floors in the popular Norfolk seaside town of Cromer.

This spacious Cromer holiday home is just paces away from Cromer seafront with its traditional pier, making it ideal for a group of families or friends looking to enjoy a coastal break in Norfolk.

The ground floor of this stunning property features a welcoming snug, a dining room with a lovely large bay window and dining seating for sixteen guests, and a well-equipped kitchen with French doors that open onto a small, enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for alfresco dining!

On the first floor of Birch House, you will find an additional large family sitting room, with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted TV, ideal for enjoying a family movie night.

There is also a door off the sitting room which leads onto a small balcony, which is perfect for soaking up the sights and sounds of Cromer.

The second floor is home to four en-suite bedrooms, two doubles, a twin, and a single.

Completing the property is the third floor, which houses a double and a twin bedroom, both of which are served by a well-appointed shower room.

All the bedrooms enjoy their own Freeview TV so you can still enjoy your favourite shows whilst tucked up!

The vibrant cliff top seaside town of Cromer, well-known for its fresh crabs, enjoys a beautiful sandy beach and narrow little alleyways crammed with shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
