“An excellent cottage, clean and comfortable in every way.”

Very well equipped, the best we've ever stayed in. Lots of room for 5 of us. Also, conveniently situated for visiting lots of places. It rained every day we were there, but we found indoor places to go and the cottage was well supplied with books, games and DVD's when 'at home'.

“We had a wonderful stay at Robin’s Nest, it was a real home from home, spacious, immaculately clean and with everything you could think of provided.”

We loved the herb garden and being able to sit in the garden in the morning sunshine. We found the walk into Cromer easy enough but if needed buses also ran regularly all day with the bus stop only minutes from the property. This is a great and effortless property if you are looking for a quieter spot away from the hustle and bustle. It has spaces for a number of cars and very well equipped for younger families too with lots of games and resources provided. I would certainly return again .

“This really is an excellent property, it doesn’t lack anything.”

It is very spacious, very comfortable and nice and warm. We walked into Cromer in about twenty five minutes. Lots of nice cafes, plenty of scenic walks. We wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again

“Robin's nest offers, space lots of it, comfort in abundance, furnished and cleaned to a very high standard.”

We have stayed in many holiday rentals across the country and Robin's nest is one of the best, such lovely homely touches, well equipped kitchen, an abundance of games to keep our 3 generation family amused! The snug was a wonderful bonus, for a quiet few moments with a book. The beds were comfortable with good linens on them, and plentiful towels. The location is far enough out of town to be quiet, but near enough ( just under 30 min stroll) and you are on the beach in Cromer, enjoying all that it has to offer.

“Excellent, one of the best I've ever stayed in.”

Our only problem was with the TV. There were no detailed instructions that we could find & we never managed live TV, only BBC iPlayer. Other services all seemed to require accounts & passwords. To be fair, we could have rung to ask, we just couldn't be bothered when we watch so little TV anyway, but I'm sure others would feel differently.

“Robins Nest is a very comfortable property to stay in.”

It was very very clean and well furnished with all that you could possibly need. Parking for 3 cars ( 1 in garage ) was a bonus as was the immaculate little sunny rear garden with wooden furniture. We didn't need to use the car while staying there as there is a bus X44 which goes between Norwich, Cromer and Sheringham, bus stop is nearby. If you want to walk to Cromer it takes about 25 mins. The house is in a very peaceful area which suited us very well. I would happily stay here again.

“I would give everything full marks if it had not cost £14 to have the key we left returned.”

And the terms of the booking were more severe than with other agencies. However, nothing prevented us from taking the holiday, the management was good while we were there, especially on the disposal of our rubbish,,and the cottage was certainly the best we have had in fifteen years.

“Lovely home.”

Great location. Everything you needed in home and more. The walk into Cromer town centre was really nice. Slightly down hill but not steep. We walked it several times. Would recommend Robins Nest as somewhere to stay.

The property

Robin's Nest is a charming, bright and spacious mid-terraced holiday home situated just over one mile from the popular coastal town of Cromer in Norfolk.

The property is set over three floors, with three bedrooms on the second floor including a king-size with en-suite shower room and two single rooms, along with a twin bedroom on the first floor.

Also on the first floor, there is a family bathroom and a sitting room, while downstairs on the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, plus a snug.

Outside, the lawned garden is enclosed, with a patio with furniture and a barbecue making a great space to relax in the summer.

The popular North Norfolk seaside town of Cromer is known for its wonderful clifftop promenade, with attractive, colourful gardens and seating areas ideally placed for enjoying the stunning panoramic views over the sea. Cromer has a lovely, sandy Blue Flag beach where both children and adults can spend hours building sand castles, swimming, sunbathing or investigating the tidal pools in search of interesting sea creatures, which include young Cromer crabs. Cromer is proud of its beautiful Victorian pier, offering theatre shows, a museum and an RNLI lifeboat station, which is open to visitors and where you can learn about Cromer’s long lifeboat history. The town centre offers a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, public houses and amusements, while local golf courses can be found at Cromer, Sheringham and West Runton. This part of North Norfolk offers many places of interest to visit, including the National Trust’s Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall, both enjoying wonderful woodland areas for walks and picnics, along with the Norfolk Shire Horse Centre, Amazona Zoo and the Hilltop Outdoor Adventure Centre.
