The property

This lovely detached bungalow is situated in the small Norfolk village of Gayton, just seven miles from the historic town of King’s Lynn.

Conveniently placed for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this bungalow provides excellent accommodation for couples and families alike.

This spacious bungalow has a cosy sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire, the ideal space to enjoy a family meal which has been prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

There are also two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a delightful king-size bed and the other with a double.

The enclosed rear garden is the perfect place for contemplating how you might spend the day, or to just relax with a glass of something cool in hand as the children and the dog play in safety.

A few minutes' walk brings you to the village pub and shops, whilst the historic market town of King's Lynn, just a short drive away, offers excellent amenities with its wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs, set along the cobbled streets.

Within easy reach are many attractions, including the Royal Sandringham Estate, just six miles away, Castle Acre and the local manor houses including Houghton hall and Holkham Hall.

Cyclists will love Norfolk Coast Cycleway, or perhaps spend a day beside the sea at the popular coastal resort of Hunstanton, or one of the many other Norfolk coastal towns including Wells-next-the-Sea or Holkham.

Nature lovers will also delight in the extensive wildlife on offer in Norfolk, particularly the RSPB reserves to be found near the coast.

This centrally-located bungalow is a lovely base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer.

About the location

GAYTON

King's Lynn 7 miles; Swaffham 10 miles.

The small Norfolk village of Gayton is surrounded by charming, open countryside, and yet is within easy reach of the coast, offering two shops, a fish and chip shop and a pub, and host to a prominent historic windmill. Gayton lies seven miles to the east of the popular market town of King’s Lynn, which still retains the character, charm and many traditional buildings of its original function as a medieval port, set along its winding streets. With a mixture of old and new structures, King’s Lynn provides excellent amenities including a modern shopping centre, art galleries, museums, two theatres and its iconic Customs House. From Gayton, the North Norfolk Coast is within easy reach and will appeal to many, with its expansive golden sandy beaches, coastal walks and cycleways, RSPB reserves and nearby Sandringham House and Estate, Oxburgh Hall and Houghton Hall.
