    “Lovely apartment very handy for the town and beach and with parking .”

    However unfortunately lack of maintenance both the central heating and the gas fire did not work on arrival . I contacted the owner and was told to buy new batteries for the heating I was not impressed with that so she said she would send her cleaners to have a look . Due to the time of day I decided to purchase new batteries . I was refunded And I had the central heating working before the cleaners arrived but the gas fire would not work . Not really the way to start a holiday in October ...

Re cleaning the apartment was clean but unfortunately the rear patio door to the bedroom and the kitchen door and window were very dirty and the nice little rear garden was full of weeds and finally the double bed was very small and extremely uncomfortable I feel all of the above could be sorted very easily and then it would be a first class apartment for holidays and return business.

    Thank you for taking the time to feedback. We are sorry that the heating was not on for your arrival. After a short discussion I realised the batteries must have gone/been removed as also our spare batteries in the draw had been taken too. I advised my cleaners would come out from Kings Lynn and would take 45 mins . I did advise if you wanted an instant fix the hardware shop was over the road to purchase some and I would settle it for you. You advised you were not going to do this. My cleaners arrived within 45 mins and you advised you had purchased batteries. We refunded you and checked over everything else. We always want our guest to enjoy their stay. Unfortunately we may run into the odd issue and I think responding within 45 mins is the best I can do. I remained polite and efficient to you at all times. Property Owner

The award-winning coastal town of Hunstanton, locally known as Sunny Hunny, is located on the Western side of the East Norfolk Coastline, renowned for its beautiful sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is a great family-friendly holiday destination. The seafront with promenade offers rock and candyfloss stalls, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours in an amphibious craft.
