“We stayed at Malthouse Farm over Christmas and have to say we were blown away.”

The house was beautiful, and so well appointed. We were able to cook and serve up Christmas dinner for seven without a hitch. The rooms were comfortable, the fires a delight, the aga kept the kitchen nice and toasty. Minutes away from the beach and the pub plus a safe garden for children and dogs. We had a really fabulous few days away. A total delight.

Lovely to hear such fab feedback from Kirsty and her family. I had very easy communication with Kirsty from the outset which made their stay smooth. Meeting her parents was lovely and Elaine celebrated a special birthday at the farmhouse and we always love being a small part of families occasions. The 3 generations seemed to enjoy their time in Norfolk. The family left the house in a wonderful condition with fires cleaned and everything in place. A joy to host. Property Owner

About the location

HEACHAM

Hunstanton 2.5 miles; King's Lynn 15 miles.

Heacham is a large village located on the West Norfolk coastline, on The Wash, boasting a lovely family friendly sandy beach, ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The village has many cottages built from Carstone, which is a feature of this part of Norfolk, and also offers a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. Within walking distance is Caley Hall, home to Norfolk Lavender with its sweet smelling lavender fields, and Heacham Hall, owned by John Rolfe, who brought his young bride Pocahontas to England to live at the hall (in the local church of St Mary you will find a memorial to her). This part of Norfolk is renowned for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites, while within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, as seen on BBC's Springwatch. Nearby Hunstanton offers traditional seaside entertainment including a sealife centre, while The Queen's Sandringham Estate is just a 15 minute drive.

Please note, the hot tub is only available until 11pm, as not to disturb neighbouring properties.
