“A superb holiday bungalow , very clean and well equipped and very comfortable.”

Located in Holt a beautiful Georgian town with interesting independent shops great places to eat , Byfords & The Owl are two of the best. North Norfolk is a wonderful area to explore with many interesting places to visit, it has it all coast , country and Norwich city. I Highly recommend a stay at Woodland corner.

“The security light came on on the front door constantly lighting up the hallway all night with people passing by on the walk way and the dog kept barking.”

The hoover didn’t pick up there was no suction but I left a note. I also couldn’t find bags for the towels and bedding at the end of our stay. Other than that the bungalow was fantastic lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and return for another holiday.

“Had a fabulous stay here last week.”

The house was really spacious and clean and had everything we could need. The garden is a great size and the dog enjoyed the space as well as the humans enjoying drinks in the sun! The welcome pack was a lovely bonus too! It’s an easy 15min walk into the town with lots of interesting shops. Holt country park is only 5mins walk and is worth a visit, very peaceful and quiet. Very easy to get around North Norfolk and lots to do and see. The only small negative was the bed in the main bedroom was quite firm and for me not the most comfortable and the street light right outside the main bedroom was very bright at night even with the blackout curtains. Certainly didn’t impact the holiday, we had a great time and would be more than happy to stay again!

“The bungalow was very nice, but there were a few small issues.”

There was no hairdryer which was very annoying, no cafetiere just a coffee machine that took pods but not sure which ones or where to get them from and no cheese grater. Simple things that can easily be put right. Otherwise a lovely place and well appointed

Very comfortable beds and excellent shower. The Country Park 5 minutes walk away, with good cafe, was an added bonus for all of us. A working Hoover would have been good as we’re always paranoid about getting rid of dog hairs!

It is a fairly new property and is well maintained. The garden is excellent if you have a dog, as it is completely enclosed with a dog proof fence. This was our second visit , and we will probably book again later this year. Thank you for the goodies.

“Woodland corner is one of the best holiday properties we have ever hired.”

It was very clean and beautifully presented, and well equipped. The garden was perfectly dog friendly and completely enclosed. On arrival we were delighted to find a Norfolk hamper of goodies. Thank you. It is in a nice location on the outskirts of Holt , with the likes of Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall not too far away. The only negative was a failing lock on the front door, which we reported to agents. Nothing to spoil our time away. We will be back !

Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. Would be lovely to book in the summer. Only negative was that we arrived to an unsecure sink tap, which was notified to agents, no one came to fix during our stay, and no updates. Also we had no accessories to wash the floor. Otherwise a lovely and enjoyable stay at the bungalow

It was clean and well equipped for our stay and was also within walking distance of Holt and was a short walk to the country park with lots of footpaths through the woodland. It is one holiday let that we hope to return to and l feel I could easily recommend it to friends. Another nice touch was a super hamper til of local foods and a bottle of Procecco

We visited all surrounding areas which were all close buy and worth the visit the train into Sheringham was a good day out and coming home to relax at woodland corner brought a smile . We had a disabled person in our party so this was the perfect property for us Thanks for the welcome pack &milk just perfect.

“What a lovely bungalow situated at the end of a culdesac, so it was very quiet, on a new estate.”

The furnishings and bedding were of a very high standard and everything was so clean. Great location for exploring Norfolk. Will definitely return if visiting the area again. We took our dog too and the garden was very secure and there was a nice walking area adjacent to the property.

“We spent the weekend over Easter at Woodland Corner.”

We took an elderly parent with us who has mobility issues. The layout of the property was perfect for her. She had an e suit bathroom within easy reach and was able to get to the living room and kitchen without difficulty. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. The property is very close to Holt which is a beautiful town full of shops and cafes. We were able to get to both Wells and Cromer easily and spent two sunny days enjoying the Norfolk coast. We were welcomed with a fabulous hamper and a much appreciated bottle of Prosecco! Highly recommended.

“Fantastic location, facilities excellent, welcome pack amazing.”

Just a couple of things to improve ; You could feel the springs in the very hard king size mattress which effected sleep quality and accounted for the reduced comfort rating. The road outside the cottage was laid with tarmac for one day and because this had not been communicated to us we were unable to use our car for the day and had to change our plans. But overall the house was immaculate and clean, within Walking distance to town and had a lovely back garden which was well fenced for the dogs . Would highly recommend .

Sheringham 6 miles; Cromer 9.5 miles; Norwich 22.5 miles.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy.
