“Slight misinterpretation in the photos.”
On the Web site it doesn't show the owners garage right near the house making the access path very restricted, also the photos show table and chairs on the grassed area but are actually on the gravel outside the lodge making them less appealing, the kettle was badly furred up with lime scale, there was no pressure warning that it is a hard water area causing that problem, no choice for the welcome pack , we prefer brown bread not white, I need sugar free jams as I'm diabetic not loaded with sugar , access to the lodge for parking to unload car is very awkward to undertake if you have big car , too many plant pots ...

We have never received a complaint in relation to the generous welcome pack provided at the property, so we are disappointed to hear of your comments in relation to this.
