    “Our second visit this year to the lobster pot.”

    It’s comfortable, with everything you need. Lovely garden, the dog loves it. Comfy beds. Our only complaint was the heating control. The weather was much colder this time and we had problems trying to get the thermostat to stay on. It kept reverting to the default setting of 17.5/18 deg. We also managed to leave our dog bed by the front door. Sorry about that.

The living areas in the detached bungalow consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining area with seating for four people and a sitting area with a TV and an electric fire, along with an external snug/utility with a tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

There are two bedrooms and a shower room.

Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with patio, decking, lawned area, furniture and barbecue.

Within 0.5 miles, you'll find a shop and a pub, and within 0.9, a beach.

Please note that while one well-behaved dog is allowed, smoking is not.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A highchair and cot are also available.

OVERSTRAND

Cromer 2.6 miles, Sheringham 6.9 miles, Holt 12.5 miles.

The small coastal village of Overstrand is located on the north Norfolk coast, just over two miles east of Cromer.
