It was clean and well prepared for our visit, and very cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed. Garden was a real bonus, set in a great location, a very quiet cul-de-sac but close enough to walk into Cromer for fish and chips. I managed to extend the times manually on the controller. Lots of NT places close by to visit, best beach by a mile was Wells next the sea.
