The open plan dining/living room has space for all guests to dine together or to relax on the sofas and enjoy games, or the Smart TV.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-sized bed, as well as an additional TV and sofa, and has the benefit of the ensuite bathroom with roll top bath.
Up the winding wooden staircase are two further bedrooms, both with twin single beds and dorma windows providing views out across the fields towards the twinkling lights of Great Yarmouth in the distance.
One bedroom has an en-suite WC and hand basin, while across the landing is a shared shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail.
From the kitchen you step straight out into a small picket-fenced garden, with furnished patio area, charcoal BBQ and a small lawn.
Beyond the enclosed area is a further private lawn and then just over the quiet lane is a large open meadow leading down to a pond, which is a shared space available for holiday guests to enjoy.
This child and dog friendly cottage has off-road parking for 2 cars and is just a short drive away from Caister beach, making it the perfect base for families looking to explore the beauty of the Norfolk coast.
