“Perfect for my stay visiting local friends and ex colleagues/neighbours.”

Comfortable, warm and cosy. A small annex but big enough for two people and a dog. The outside space is secure for latter. Wonderful unobtrusive welcome from the owners who left a lovely welcome pack. Thank you! The local pub very friendly - if you want to eat in the bar you need to say so otherwise you will be located in a pod at the rear. Fine for a group and warm but a little lonely for one or two! LONG STRATTON

Pulham Market 4.6 miles; Diss 12.4 miles; Harleston 8.7 miles; Norwich 12 miles.

Long Stratton is a town and civil parish resting between the city of Norwich and the market town of Diss. The town used to be split into two smaller villages, the larger, Stratton St. Mary, is to the south, and the other, Stratton St. Michael, is to the north. Now, Long Stratton is home to a number of pubs, bars restaurants, along with a village hall, two Church of England churches and a Methodist church. Further amenities and attractions can be found in the nearby city of Norwich, home to the grand Norwich Cathedral and the imposing Norwich Castle which is now a popular tourist destination. Reachable by car is the seaside town of Great Yarmouth which offers a delightful aquarium at SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, and a luscious and golden sandy beach.
